As a company, MunchEm, we serve two major customer groups: restaurants and their hungry customers. Previously we had been using MunchEm as the face for both of these customer groups. Going forward we are restructuring our branding more effectively to market to each group. Our goal is to create and provide unique and relevant content for each customer group through this restructuring. We want you, the restaurant or hungry customer, to think of happiness when you think of MunchEm.
To make this transition easier, we are splitting up MunchEm in to MunchEm and OrderEm.
With MunchEm, we are focused on feeding and informing local customers. We want to deliver a simple and intuitive online ordering process, all within a local area. We love eating local and we would like for you to do the same. Ditch the chains and support local!
As a customer, you can order delicious food from over 100 Orlando restaurants, and we are expanding to other cities in Florida: including, but not limited to, Gainesville, Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville. From these places, you can have them deliver your food, or you can go in and pick it up. With MunchEm, you can view restaurant menus for these restaurants, all from your computer or our app on your phone. Our app is available on Apple, Android, and Windows devices.
In conjunction with delivering you awesome food, we also try to deliver you some awesome content through our social media. We try to keep you abreast of what is going on in the Orlando area. Now this is where the biggest change is. Before, we used to just deal with restaurants and customer through MunchEm. Now, we have split that up to feature OrderEm, which only deals with restaurants. This is to ease things up and reduce the bottleneck we had going on in communication. Hopefully this streamlines the process for you!
OrderEm empowers the restaurant owner through a web and mobile ordering platform. We can provide a local restaurant with a custom app. People can order your food on the go and your app will be featured across all three platforms for phones. OrderEm can also make a website for you that will feature your location, menu, and a blog if you’d like. Along with an app and website, we offer a pretty unique service. We have made it so that your customers can order from your restaurant Facebook page. Basically, if you have any way to reach your customer, we can make an ordering platform for it. Not only do we have these outlets, but also they have proven to be effective tools to the restaurants that have signed up with us.
OrderEm is also active on social media. We post deals, and some great stories, along with blogs on our Facebook and Twitter.
So, to conclude, we have broken up… sort of.
